Description: You can picture bankruptcy practice as a Venn diagram containing two spheres that hardly intersect. One sphere is “consumer” bankruptcy practice, which represents the vast majority of bankruptcy cases filed in any given period of time. By definition, most of those cases are filed by individuals, and very few of those cases involve any meaningful assets. The other sphere is “business” bankruptcy practice. While there are considerably fewer of business cases, those cases involve nearly all of the assets administered in the bankruptcy system. |
