Attorneys in this field can assist clients in numerous ways, including counseling on compliance issues, representing clients in court in connection with civil or criminal enforcement actions, representing clients in administrative proceedings concerning proposed regulatory actions on a wide variety of matters, providing advice and representation in legislative proceedings, and counseling clients regarding environmental issues arising out of transactions. |
