Few industries are as heavily regulated as the insurance industry. As such, there is a need for legal practitioners who focus on this complex practice area. Such insurance industry attorneys (a.k.a “insurance regulatory attorneys” or “insurance compliance attorneys”) are generally found in law firms, insurance companies, and government/regulatory entities, such as state insurance departments.
