General course Description: This seminar explores the growing national and international attention to law and policy concerning cultural heritage (works of art, antiquities, architectural monuments, archives, intangible cultural heritage, etc.). Students will write and present research papers. Course Style: A Substantive/ Perspective course looks at law from an external or non-traditional standpoint. Course Frequency: Offered once a year |
