[ Transactional ] as a Key Elective : This course is a seminar designed especially for those who want to be abreast of cutting-edge issues and ideas. It provides students an opportunity to learn about current research and work in the environmental and natural resources field. Visiting academics, practitioners, and policy makers talk about their current research and work. General course Description: This workshop seminar will provide students with the opportunity to examine and critique cutting-edge research and work in the field of environment, energy, and natural resources. Although it is open to all students, the seminar is designed especially for those with an interest in the field who wish to stay abreast of current issues, work, and ideas. In each class, an academic expert, policy maker, or practitioner will present their current research or work and engage in a robust discussion. Course Style: A Substantive course teaches the law, theory, and policy in a particular area of law Course Frequency: Offered twice a year |
